Our Site Project Manager are trained in People Centred Projects to deliver your project on-time and on-budget, using practical PCP tips and tricks.
As well as managing your project for as long as you need, our seasoned PCP Site Project Manager will create all the necessary PCP documentation for you during the analysis phase, with the help of our PCPDocs software and monitor Project Event Telemetry day-to-day. Our Site Project Manager will then implement your fully defined project, plan and procedures, from conception to delivery as required.
To back up our Site Project Manager working for you, we also provide Project Quality Assurance support from our office as standard, to make sure every PCP document they produce, is to our high quality standard. Before you receive each document for approval, it will have been approved first by our Project Quality Assurance manager. Any issues found within this process, are fed back to our Site Project Manager and resolved before final approval for each document is sought from you.
